How to: Vegetarian Salad
For straight two years I adhered to a total vegetarian diet because of few reasons. First to loose, then maintain, weight healthily, detox my system and I plainly enjoy vegetarian meals. But I won’t deny I love sea foods especially shrimps and crabs. After I stopped being 100% vegan, aside from vegetarian meals I added sea foods and, very seldom, chicken meat. Even before I am not a meat eater, no matter how GOOD and heavenly it is. I thought my taste buds will change after I’ve tasted the Kobe beef at Kobe and the Wagyu beef, apparently I can live without meat.
